Text for Audio:

Hello! My name is Brandon Jubar and I'm the founder of ParishWebmaster.com and the creator of our Effortless eMinistry™ program… and some day, I'd love to be doing eMinistry for you and the people at your parish. Make no mistake, this is a ministry. We're not a publishing company venturing into the world of content syndication on the Internet. We're not a news outlet that asks you to put our headlines on your Web site. We're not a Web design service. ParishWebmaster.com is a ministry, and I'm doing what the Spirit is calling me to do -- meet the needs and potential of people. I just happen to do it online!

Now, if I was asking to work in ministry at your parish, you'd look over my resume, interview me, and probably call a couple of my references. It's important that you know as much as possible about the people you choose to help minister to your parishioners. With that in mind, let me share a bit about myself so that you have a better feel for who I am and why I'm doing this thing called eMinistry.

I am what some people refer to as a "cradle Catholic" because I was born into a Catholic family. I was raised Catholic and have been active in ministry since I graduated from high school. In Youth Ministry, I have had full-time, part-time and volunteer positions. I was trained and certified as a catechist for high school students. At different times I also participated in my parish as a member of the Education Commission and a member of the Festival Committee. And in June of 2008, I completed my Master of Pastoral Studies from Loyola University's Institute for Ministry.

Back in 2000, I got involved with helping my home parish create an online presence, but it wasn't long before we realized that getting online was the easy part. Doing something once you were there -- now that's a different story. In early 2001, I recruited a few volunteer writers to help provide online content for our parish Young Adult Group's Web site. And in April of that year, I launched LifeTimes Catholic eZine.

Several years and hundreds of articles later, ParishWebmaster.com is still helping parishes minister through our Effortless eMinistry program.

In all of the ministry I do -- both online and off -- I stay true to the teachings of the Magisterium. I also strive to examine and present all sides of an issue because it's important that people don't blindly follow anything. As a member of the Church, it's my responsibility to develop a truly informed conscience. As a minister within the Church, it's my responsibility to help others do the same.

I hope that you'll continue through the online tour, because I know that you'll see the importance of having an effective eMinistry program. And now that you know a little bit more about me, my background and my credentials, I also hope you'll make the decision to let me help you with your eMinistry.

Thanks for listening, and may God Bless you for all that you do!
