SET-UP AND INTEGRATION

The Effortless eMinistry Set-Up and Integration Manual is a simple text file and can be read online. A better option would be to download a copy and save it for printing and offline use.

To download and save the Manual, do the following:

Step 1: Right-click the Manual link and choose "Save Target As..." from the pop-up menu.

Step 2: Browse to the folder where you'd like to save the Manual and click "Save". (You can rename the file if desired.) The Manual is a small TXT file, so it should download very quickly.

Step 3: Open the file using Notepad, WordPad or any basic text editor. (Do not copy and paste the scripts using a word processor such as MS-Word. The hidden formatting can cause problems with the scripts.)

Effortless eMinistry Set-Up Manual

While you are integrating the content feedscripts into your Parish Web site, we can set-up your email distribution list.  That way, as soon as the articles are being published to your Parish Web site we can begin sending your customized version(s) of LifeTimes Catholic eZine and/or LifeTimes Catholic TeenZine.  To get started, just send me a list of the email addresses to be included on your Parish distribution list:  <bjubar@parishwebmaster.com>

We never share your email information. Period. 
(Even if you stop subscribing to the service.)*

YOUR TO-DO LIST

1. Follow the instructions in the Set-Up and Integration Manual to embed the scripts in the appropriate pages of your Parish Web site. Document the exact URL for each such page, and forward the list to Brandon Jubar
2. Compile your email distribution list and send it along as well.
3. In order to automate subscriptions to your Parish eZine, you will be provided a link to a customized sign-up page. This link should be prominently displayed on your Parish Web site, preferably on every page. (Note: The sign-up page can be a bare-bones, generic page, or it can be made to look like a page from your Parish Web site.)
4. When set-up and integration are complete, it is recommended that you have an eConnections Campaign to introduce your weekly eZine and encourage parishioners to subscribe. Forms, templates, sample announcements, and other information is available to aid you in this email address collection effort.  We do our best to show you how to get subscribers.

*If you decide at any time to discontinue the Effortless eMinistry™ Solution you have chosen and do not transition to another ParishWebmaster.com service, your parishioners will be offered a subscription to our generic version of LifeTimes Catholic eZine.
